Prestec were appointed by Suez Environment to undertake concrete repairs to the structure of their road bridge and the movement joints. Works on this project were all undertaken outside of normal working hours so no disruption was caused to the running of the plant.

Following the removal of the defective concrete and existing movement joints, Prestec installed the Sikadur-Combiflex® Joint Waterproofing System. A suitable concrete repair mortar was used to reinstate the shoulders prior to the application of a flexible mastic seal to the face of the joints.
